How to reduce or to write-off bank fines on consumer credits

The social organization “Bank clients’ alliance” (the BCA) was registered in September 2009.

Its’ mission is the juridical defense of creditors and bank investors.

The target of the BCA is the accumulation of specialists who help bank’s clients to cope with problems, which appear during the economic crisis: trustees in bankruptcy, lawyers, anti-collectors.

Its participants name as the main difference of the BCA in comparison with other existing social unions the constructive approach to decision of problems with banks.

“We don’t call people not to repay credits or to stage military protests. We call for a search of a fair compromise for those who have suffered from the crisis, for a constructive dialogue of people and financial organizations, and against the diktat of the latest ones. We will defend and spread the legal and efficient methods of solution of conflicts with banks” says the BCA chairman Anatoliy Rodzinskiy, trustee in bankruptcy.

Social organization “Bank clients’ alliance” gives free juridical consultations for bank clients.
